Emily was brilliant at providing me with coaching. She managed to set the tone of our conversations from our first meeting. I was keen to get coaching on how best to approach my Personal Development Plan in order to progress my career. By our second meeting the penny dropped and I left our meeting with a comprehensive plan of what I needed to focus on, when and how much.

Emily was great at being a trusted advisor, she listened and really tried to understand what i was trying to achieve, she helped me explore the options at my disposal to achieve my stated goals, making me realise in the process that the only thing that stood between me and my goals was myself really. I went for the promotion and resoundingly got it!

She showed great empathy with no judgement making me feel at ease to discuss my ambitions with her.
